I ordered a dock from Wisconsin via Home Depot, who chose Estes to deliver it. The manufacturer shipped it to the Estes facility 50 miles from my home in 4 days.
It then sat in their warehouse for a month. Two deliveries were scheduled but Estes didn't turn up.
Emails and phone calls produced no action. Eventually I gave up and cancelled the order.Don't buy anything that is to be shipped by Estes
User's recommendation: Don't use Estes.
