My right side mirror is damaged, and this company refuses to admit that

I used Montway to ship my vehicle, and my vehicle is shipped by Esperanza Inc from Texas to Connecticut in September 2015.

The pick-up process is fine, I have nothing to complain. The driver, Rich, was professional in operating.

When the vehicle was delivered to me at Connecticut, the right side mirror was detached. The driver at this time, Tony, was very rude and tried find all kinds of excuses to deny their responsibility. It should not be that complicated, it is just a standard insurance claim. But when I called Esperanza Inc on next business day, Tony answered my phone but unprofessionally refused any possible solution we could reach.

I am working with Montway company to solving this problem. Although it is not a severe damage, the way I was treated made me very disappointed about Esperanza Inc, and I may bring it to a lawsuit if the insurance does not work out.
