I made contract with Elite Auto Shipping, Inc/Auto Movers of New York, July 2011, cancelled the contract July 2011, and as of today, Nov. 2012, I have not received my money back. It's been pass a year. I paid them in full for the amount $4023 by wire transfer (which is a mistake) to transport my car from Guam to California to Virginia. I cancelled the deal before my car was shipped out of Guam. There is a $100 cxl fee, which give me a rightful refund amount of $3923. I have gone thru the BBB, Attorney General, Department of Transportation, and the Navy Legal Services so this complaint is legit and backed up. Currently, Elite has an E rating in BBB.

Elite has not contacted me regarding when I will receive my refund since they last said they will refund me back in February 2012 thru the BBB complaint. I don't know if I will ever get my money but with all the agencies I have sought assistance from, I still do not have my refund and Elite does not seem too interested in giving it back. Perhaps Elite has given good service to some, but from my aspect, I have experienced horrible service. I just want my money back. I'm not asking for any compensation, I just want back what is rightfully mine, $3923 of my hard earned money.
