After signing a contract and receiving full payment for transport services, Edwards Family Transport never came to collect the vehicle. When contacted, there was no real apology or explanation provided, however a full refund was promised at once. Now, months later, Barry Edwards still hasn't refunded a dime and refuses to answer or respond to phone calls or emails or letters.
Truly a dishonest company with no focus on customer service whatsoever.
