Chris from Economical Auto Transport finally reaches out to me and offers to pay $150 for me to take down the review.
He had the nerve to complain to me that my review has cost his company business and that no one wants to use their "service" anymore. Well guess what, if you are a scam of a company that makes victims out of customers, they will complain, review, tell their friends on many forms of social media these days, and word will get out that your company is unethical and that there are far many better companies.
***For the record I used AUTOTRANSPORT123 to get my car from NJ to CA, and they did it ON TIME. No nightmares and horrible experiences like economical auto transport caused me***
I don't have a lot of time as I work and go to school, so I decided to take down my review and accept their $150 even though that doesn't even cover the $180 I spent on cab fees + emotional distress + car wash which left lasting dirt stains on my car + total unprofessionalism.
Chris said he'd give me the money soon, but it has been over a week and been completely unresponsive. I told him if he didn't fulfill his promise soon I'd have to option but to repost my review (which I did), and write another review (this one), and he completely ignored me again. This doesn't even make sense as they know I'm just going to write another review, but I won't even try to understand their stupidity. I'm just documenting it here for the world to know so you can avoid them.
Anyways, they will be hearing from my attorney and more reviews. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General as well, so hopefully their scam of a business won't be harming people anymore.
