These people over promise and under deliver!! “Christian Williams” promised me a carrier for my route within a specified time frame because he knew I was moving and needed to fly out on a certain date. The evening before my flight they called me to tell me they didn’t have a carrier for me. I was livid!!! I needed my vehicle transported prior to my departure. They charged me a $100 deposit fee and a few days later I was promised it would be returned because they still couldn’t find me a carrier. Then, the lady “Eve” said her manager refused to give me my money back because I reached out to other carriers. What was I supposed to do lady?? I needed my vehicle! Was I supposed to wait weeks and months for something that was promised to me within a couple of days?? Here it is over a week later and I have still not received my refund. These people are frauds and scum! Stay far, far away!! Another reputable company got me my vehicle and I’m pleased with how professional and prompt they were!!!!
