Great Service, Explained the process

We waited over two weeks for another carrier to pick up our vehicle and after days of frustration and not being able to contact the other company we called Eric Ray at EBid transport. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Eric explained the whole process to us and even though we had to pay $300 extra than we planned on our car arrived AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Great service and we will definately use EBid Transport again!!! Thanks Eric for your speedy service and great explanation of the process AND FOR ANSWERING YOUR PHONE!!! After weeks of getting lost in the other companies "phone tree" and never receiving a response...it was so wonderful that Eric answered his phone!!!!!
