Am very happy with the dispatch man ERIC, thoughtful, courteous, returns calls, super friendly & reliable, is "on it" and makes it happen. The driver DAN was off-the-charts FANTASTIC!!! He went out of his way in accomodating us with the vehicle delivery and was extremely patient while we got the money to pay him, extremely personable and kind. My only complaint (NOT the driver Dan's fault) is that his company required CASH upon delivery, instead of credit card, which had NOT been represented to us and so caused us considerable grief as we withdrew all the money from our limited bank account. Aside from that and all and all, this team (Dispatcher ERIC and driver DAN) is the best imaginable!!!
