I contacted Dispatch Logistics in June about transporting my RAM 1500 pickup truck from Florida to Connecticut. Their representative John Miller was great and cost was competitive. I signed up, and the vehicle was picked up as scheduled by Cornerstone Transport.
After that our troubles started!
We expected 3-4 days of shipping, as was our experience before. However, they took over a week, and when we received our vehicle it was missing a 1/4 tank of gas and the dash camera had been tampered with. I received no satisfaction from either the dispatch nor the trucker. Though the dispatch did tell us that they will not use this trucker again.
