Because of the level of communication I had with Melissa, I thought this was going to be a smooth and easy process. However, they did not pick up my car in time - kept pushing the time back more and more. The driver had no communication which left us confused. I also stressed that I needed my car to be delivered on Sunday, which it did not nor did I receive any communication whatsoever. Only to find out the driver was in the hospital and did not communicate that. I had also texted Melissa to see what was going on and she did not answer me. This has been an extremely frustrating process and would not recommend.
