This Company autotransportdirect.com Sucks! I made arrangements with them to have a Rambler shipped from Florida to Pennsylvania. They took my Deposit. Three days after making the deposit I called and asked how much longer before the car will be picked up. They said they were working on picking it up. A few days later the car was still not picked up and I haven,t heard from anyone yet. I called AGAIN and after getting the run around and I was told they would call me back after looking into it, I DID receive a call back but I Was then told they would Not be shipping my Rambler. (Good thing I called, when were they going to inform me of this???? Why did they take a deposit from me in the first place if they were not going to ship the car? I mean think about it, I filled out a pick up Order, why didn,t they inform me then rather than take my Deposit?? Bad Business practice as far as I,m concerned! Stay clear of this company (http://autotransportdirect.com/), there are more Reputable companies out there!!!! For instance .. (A across USA, Brett - 800-243-0066) I dealt with Him before Very Prompt and Curteous, speedy pickup and delivery.
