I was very nervous using an auto transport service as I've never used one before. We have always driven ourselves to pick up any vehicles. Direct Express was great. I quoted and booked online, quoted me a price of $550, which was pretty even with everyone else. I did a lot of research before booking and saw Direct Express had great feedback. They were right!
I had to call the assigned carrier because I hadn't heard from him. Called him Wednesday June 10th and he stated he would pick up our vehicle on Thursday, June 11th at noon. We got a call from the dealer as soon as the driver arrived, and it was exactly 12:01. He notified us all had gone well.
I received a call from our driver this morning at 8am stating he would be arriving at 9:30am. He was promptly on time. Had a little trouble getting in our driveway but that was due to our trees, not his fault. We ended up having to unload on the street, which wasn't really a problem because we live in the country on a quiet road. Our driver was friendly, prompt, and efficient.
We had a great experience. Please don't be afraid to book with this company.
