This was the first time I had ever used a car delivery service. I was somewhat apprehensive not knowing what to expect. I can honestly say that Direct Express made the experience simple and worry free. They were eager to answer all of my questions and were very professional. My car was picked up on the 2nd day of its availability and was delivered 24 hrs later to my front door (I used the basic service with no expediting). The car was delivered with no issues. I would absolutely use them again.
