The car was picked up on the exact date we specified as the first available pick up date. It was safely dropped off in Michigan 4 days later. The driver(with B&B transport) was very nice and kept us up to date on his progress. Highly recommend direct express and their contractor B&B. Dont forget to tip your driver if they go above and beyond!
