I was fortunate to stumble at this website (transportreviews.com) when I was searching for a auto transport company. I chose Direct Express Auto Transport because it had more favorable reviews than others. The price was not bad either.
The pickup was on-time. 30 hours later I was contacted by the driver. He was entering Maryland and should be at the destination at northern Virginia around 5-6pm. He came at 6:30. Considering rush hour traffic around that time, I'd say that he was, for all practical purpose, on time.
