I was having my Grandfather's car transported from New York to Arizona, and received quotes from a few carriers. A couple of the carriers had lower prices than Direct Express Auto Transport''s $925, but their reviews weren't as high. I decided to go with a company with a higher cost, but higher reviews because I thought it would be worth the higher cost to save any trouble/headaches. And, boy, was I right! I called Direct Auto Transport on Saturday to setup a pickup on Wednesday, and they were there on Wednesday morning. The driver called Thursday afternoon to say the car will be delivered on Friday evening. He showed up Friday evening with the car. The entire process was smooth and easy. I'd definitely use Direct Auto Transport again.
