Customer Service ----------------------------------------------------------- Once my auto was assigned a truck and the pickup day was established everything was smooth a glass. The girls at Auto Direct customer service are polite and on the ball. The rates are the best,$575 from HoustonTX to Macon GA, but not because the service is lacking. 24 hours from pickup to delivery.
