I will not use this company ever again because, i was told by an employee of your company prior to shipment that I could not have window tint on my car and I removed the tint before shipment. I drove the car to its pick up location and other cars on the truck had tint. I called you and asked to be refunded for my $180 tint job that I had removed. The women said that your company would never refund my money, when asked to speak to a manager, I was neglected that courtesy was told that the manager of the company would never agree to a refund and was on vacation, and that he would not call me back, and she would not even give him the message. I am extremely angry and will report a poor, and unsatisfied review on http://www.transportreviews.com/. It is unfortunate because I am moving to MSP from NC next month and I have 4 cars to ship and would have used this company, but certainly will not due to the terrible, and extremely poor customer service.

I advise not to use this company, they have terrible customer service.

We have never told a customer to remove the tint from their windows. Why would we? That does not matter to a shipper. So we do not understand how Jordan of NC and CA could have gone to that trouble and expense? Since we did not tell her to do such a thing, we are not inclined to pay for it. To our knowledge, no other customer has ever done that. While Jordan felt the owner of the company needed to be interrupted while on vacation to discuss personally her tinted window problem, the company staff correctly determined that the issue could wait until he returned later in the week. We are also puzzled as to how it is that Jordan shipped a car to herself in (picked up within two days - great service!) and says she is shipping four more from North Carolina to MSP. A person shipping that many cars should be savvy enough to know not to remove the tint, unless there are local laws prohibiting.
