Direct Express Auto Transport is a wonderful company to work with. I made many calls and they answered all my questions and concerns. My son is in the Air Force, stationed in Washington, and we live in California so getting his car there was a big concern. When I decided to have the car shipped, a driver called the next day for pickup. Even when the driver was on the road I talked to him, so my son would know when he was coming. The driver even called my son the day before he delivered his car to him. The car was picked up in California around 4:30pm on a Friday and delivered in Washington around 9:30am on Monday. I'm one proud dad and happy customer. Thank you for all the help, nowadays that's hard to find.
