Great Company with Great Service

My car broke down in Woodburn, OR (engine blew up) and I was faced with a $6000.00 USD repair bill. However if I could get the car to Canada (where I live) I could get it done for less then half the cost. I then began searching for ways to get the car up here.

Having worked in the Transportation Industry I knew it was possible and probably much cheaper to put it on a car carrier then to get it towed (estimate for towing was over $2000.00 USD). We did a quote online and were happy with the price. When I phoned the customer service was GREAT, they answered all my questions and advised me of the service/transit time (I was told 1-7 days for pickup).

That same day I received a call letting me know my car would be picked up the next day and would be delivered the following day. Talk about customer service. I was thrilled, the transaction went smoothly with the driver and my car arrived about 1 hour ahead of schedule.

Anyone looking to move a vehicle should definitely look at Direct Express Auto Transport.
