I was very impressed by the service I got with Direct Express and the truck driver they assigned to my car. They were always just a phone call away to answer all my questions. The instructions they gave me were very clear and simple. The price was the best out there (I researched companies and got quotes for weeks). The total price was just within my low $600 budget =) and it only took 2 days instead of the 2 weeks that I expected. Most other companies were giving me quotes that were 2-400 dollars more, and when I said that my budget was $600, they would just said 'good luck with that' and hang up on me. All other companies pick up window was 14 days, Direct Express' window was only 7 days (my car was actually picked up a day early, which was perfect!) I travel around the country a lot with my job and will definitely choose Direct Express if I ship my car again.
