Absolute worst customer service

I called to get a car moved from AZ to CA and the customer service was horrendous. I have shipped a lot of cars over the past year and this has been overwhelmingly the worst experience. I called to see if they could pick up the car within 7 days and he seemed so put out and told me I was "needy". Todd could not have been ruder if he tried. I ended up canceling the order and going with Number 1 Transport who was AMAZING. When I called and told Todd out of courtesy he said "Oh good" and hung up. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Even if they said they would ship a car for free. Don't work in the service industry if you hate people.
