DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with DAS

I could write a book about my experience this week with them.

Paid them on monday to ship car, never got any verification email or nothing but they sure did take my money..

Left message on general voice mail tuesday, no returned call.
Left message with Susan on wednesday - no return call
After being on hold for over an hour today and transfered numerous times, they tell me my paypal funds havent cleared ( i used paypal funds not e-check) they were rude and not helpful..

Then Lakewood Towin up in PNW called the guy i bought the car from and since it doesnt have working E-brake they wont ship it, so then im on hold for another hour trying to get my refund back to my paypal account so i can hire another shipping company.

Their website general questions never ask if it has working E-brake otherwise i wouldnt of wasted my time in the first place at all. Which all this transaction was , a waste of time.

Instead of taking responsibility for poor customer service they blames everyone else, including paypal. When i paid through paypal it gave me a tracking number 3497649, its in my subject line and was noted on the header of the email by DAS, not paypal. WEll that number is the number iw was using the track and relate my questions to DAS. WEll they assigned me a different number, the one listed above and i never recieved it through email, phone or any other method. It wasnt until Tara searched by my last name and gave me the new tracking number.

Then they had my transaction on HOLD because the paypal money hadnt been transfered into their bank account. My problem with this excuse is that once you have the money in your paypal account and transfer it to your accounts, its still verified money that you own. They they realized that my paypal payment reflected a different Name on the paypal account (my business name not my first and last name) and blamed that on the reason for why there we unable to verify my total payment.

Then today, im still waiting for my refund through paypal. Which most people know is as simple as clicking the "REFUND" button on the transaction then choosing the funding source , but oh no its cant be that simple with DAS.
