Transport quote was inflated from day to day during bidding process. My vehicle sat in a lot in Lakewood, Washington for 7 days; then sat in a lot in Mesquite Texas for 5 days. Car was damaged during transit.
Customer Service put me on "hold" 16 times on April 10, for a total of 122 minutes. Messages to Customer Service were not returned. CUSTOMER SERVICE personnel are some of the rudest and sarcastic people I have ever talked to. They are not apologetic. They did not meet promised delivery date. They offered to "speed up" delivery after due date, but for an EXTRA charge!! They offered a 17.00 refund for me to drive 400 miles to pick up the car myself!
