After researching many options and realizing the challenges associated with brokers and haulers, I learned about the terminal to terminal option with DAS. Saved so much hassle. Was not on call with the truck driver but instead simply notified that my vehicle was shipped and had 5 days to pick it up. Very convenient. Sylvia was excellent with outstanding customer service. No issues whatsoever and would definitely use again and recommend to others.
