Every rude person who picked up my car. They made up the damages on my car. For example, they said there was scratches, there was not .. and i showed them by rub it by my finger. then he removed it from the report. but Later, they said 'your car is dirty', which is definitely not. It might have a little dust, but it definitely not dirty.
They did this on purpose, so that later they will make you be UNABLE to do any claims !!!!
