Pick-up: Those staff members in Calif were quite helpful. Contacted me and my uncle for delivery and showed up on time. My uncle handled the pickup. I was not there.
Delivery: I found a new dent on the upper rear bumper. I would not call that a scratch. However, the staff members disagreed (what could I expect. it is normal). However, one of the staff members, a short thick white guy, really showed me some bad attitude. I do not like the dent (i can swallow that). I hate to be treated like that I was a trouble maker that really wanted to profit from this.
In summary, the car was delivered on time, in fairly good condition (except the small but obvious dent). I don't like their attitude when there is a problem. What if it is not just a dent? If you have a good car, I would suggest that you buy additional insurance or consider another shipper. I used another auto shipper from San Diego. They are very professional and, of course, charge more.
