Very poor customer service. DAS has, what I would call, order takers. Once the order is taken you not find any type of service through their 1 800 #. When I did speak with "customer service" I was told I would get a call back but never did. I asked to speak to a manager but was refused. I ended up doing some research and came across the email addresses of some DAS management and sent them an email concerning my issue. Management responded promptly and I was told someone would contact me. This never happened.
Upon inspection of my vehicle I found that it was parked along a busy street with both doors left unlocked. I'm not sure how long the vehicle was left unlocked and unattended but it does make me wonder if this carelessness is why the contents of my vehicle were strewn about. The contents of the glove box and the side door compartments were spread across the passenger side floor. The ashtray which contained loose change was forcefully removed and the plastic support structure was pulled out of place.
