Our relocation couselor, Richard was excellent, but he unfortunately had a family emergency while we were working with him, and was unavailable for several days while our car was being transported.
Our complaints are:
1. Customer service was pretty much impossible to get through to.
2. The tracker on the truck that was supposed to be visible on the web, was inoperative. Therefore, we didn't know where our vehicle was.
3. It arrived at the destination terminal five days after the estimated arrival.
Our praises are:
1. Richard, our coordinator was excellent when he was there. Our calls to him were returned promptly.
2. We were called promptly when the vehicles arrived at the destination.
3. The origin and destination staffs were efficient, and even put air in one of the tires upon arrival when I noticed it was very low.
4. The price was right. We got a multi-car discount, too.
5. The vehicles arrived without damage.
All in all, I'd use or recommend this service again, knowing that the estimated arrival time would probably be inaccurate, and that I couldn't plan on contacting their customer service.
