absolutely terrible customer service

Do not use this carrier!!! Friendly customer service stops the minute they have your money. They have no concern for delivering on time and will not contact you if they are having trouble. After I checked the status of my vehicle and found that it was going to take 50% longer to ship I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed that he was busy. I left a message for the manager and asked for a return call, he did not bother to reply. As I said, this company does not care about customer service after they have your money. If you want a head ache ship with these guys.
