Damaged my Classic

I had to ship quickly due to the sellers moving and used DAS. The reviews were mediocre, but I needed it picked up quickly. I am deployed( in Afghanistan) and couldn't receive the car myself, so my wife had to. The car was in great shape prior to shipping, except for some scratches and a few dings. It showed up with a dented front fender and a ruined hubcap(hmmm...both on the same side). I filed a claim and it was denied. The adjuster said that the damage was present prior to shipping. The seller denied any prior damage and the photos(taken 2 weeks earlier) proved that. I spoke with them and they are not going to budge. I will never use them don't recommend them. The car also was run out of gas and had to be pushed in my driveway. They say they own their own trucks, but they source everything out. I believe that the origin document was changed after speaking with the seller and damages not being noted at the time.
