ordered a motorcycle transpost and they were extremely pleasant in taking my money 2 weeks later they still did not pick it up. Called repeatedly got VM and emailed with no response to either. Finally gotto speak with someone named Kay, who is too busy to help me. She says she will call the pick up point and make arrangements, 2 days later still nothing Cancelled the order and requested a refund
no refund as of a week later, I have to file adispute with my credit card because I'm back to VM
