The people at Dependable Auto Movers were very friendly and helpful. I had some difficult scheduling requirements for the pickup and they were able to find a truck that would work for me. The driver was very nice, however, he wasn't very good at communicating what was happening with my car. On both the pickup and drop off he said that he would be coming at a particular time, but then it wouldn't work out and he wouldn't show up. While the car was being driven across the country, the truck broke down causing the delivery to be significantly delayed. I understand that these things happen, but it would have been nice if someone had called to let me know what was going on. The car was somewhat dirty when it arrived, but that was not surprising given how far it had traveled.
