I'm so sorry that Catrena feels that we didn't go out of our way with customer service. I'm a little taken aback by that statement. We do strive for excellent customer service. Our girls in the office are extremely friendly and I'm not sure where we fell short in this instance. The order was placed on 11/28, she was emailed on 11/29 with dispatch information for pick up on 11/30 (which was the first available date).
