I have had perhaps 10 collector vehicles shipped over the past decade. My latest acquistion was delivered by D&D Hot Shot (Van Buren, Arkansas), with Webster Services brokering this haul. The 1938 pickup arrived when I was out town, so my wife took delivery. She commented the D&D driver was really rude and she noticed a window had been broken. She assumed that was how it was when it left. When I got back I noticed the broken window, and also that the air cleaner had been removed and lost somehow. A 1938 air cleaner is no easy item to replace. There was a fuel pump issue, so it appears theD&D driver removed the air cleaner to see if the truck was getting fuel. I have photos of the truck from the seller taken just after loading onto D&D's trailer that shows the window was fine. The sellers prior photos and a telephone call confirm the air cleaner was on the truck when shipped too.

I tried over and over to reach D&D Hot Shot. Maryann Dodd would actually put me on hold and then never come back. Then she stopped answering my calls altogether. Since then I have tried to contact the broker, Webster, and they won't return my calls or emails. These folks are just not honorable or trustworthy. Stay away from them, there are too many other options available.
