Great smaller company. You deal with the owner directly, instead of a third party broker. Why hire a broker in California, when the main guy is right here in Florida.
Patty is a great lady and very helpful (and funny too) and Dan is the type of guy that you can trust. Overall great experience. Everything was on time and as promised. No surprises.
Highly recommended.
