Claire says "car will be stored at no cost" well hell yeah, right! not so much. Car was 9 days early. Storage was unacceptable. Costumer service was crude and out of line. It was a complete fraud, I would have been better off contacting the trucking company myself instead of their contracting policy. Which I had to do anyway. I will never use a transport company ever again. Car just doesn't drive the same anymore. DON'T TRUST THEM. I just called today to ask them to stop emailing me and they hung up on me.
