The representative told me that they were the owner and operators of the truck that was picking my vehicle up. He also told me that they were not brokers and that they would not be transferring my vehicle delivery order to another company. He almost guaranteed that my vehicle would be pick up in a two day window. That didn't happen. it was a third day. THEY LIED!!! They are brokers! They did not give my delivery information to the contracted company so they would know where to deliver the car. They simply told them the city.
I would never use them again and i suggest that you don't either. Find the owner/operator of a trucking company and work with them directly.
