We shipped our car from AZ to NY. There was another company called Global Auto Transportation (Chris) that we talked to ship our car first. I called them on June 8th, Chris was super nice and friendly. He said we have our own drivers and we are not dealer and scheduled a pick up for Monday 13th. No one came to pick up the car on Monday, and no one contacted us to let us know when that will happen. We called them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so many times (at least 5 times every day) and waited on the line for 20-30 mins, every time they said Chris will get back to you in half an hour. And guess what?! No one called us!! On Wednesday finally after calling them 5 times, I was able to talk to Chris! He said the driver will pick up your car on Friday! He was not nice at all and when I complained about the way they treated us, he said so many bad words and hung up the phone!!! Unbelievable!!!
Luckily my husband ask his friend about a reliable company to ship our car and he recommended "Countrywide Auto Transport". I called the company and talked to Bill on Wednesday June 15th, he found a driver for us within an hour He was so nice, helpful and amazing. He told us the first company is also A DEALER and listed our car from phx to NY with such a LOW price that no driver will take it! And he also said that they still don't have a driver for you! Bill was available any time that we had question. The driver came and picked up our car the day after. The car was delivered in about a week.
I highly recommend Bill and his company. I wish we had found them at the first place and we would not contact the first company! I will write a detail review for them, so everyone knows how horrible they treated us. Definitely stay away for them!!
