I paid this company to have 2 cars shipped from
New York to Washington State. I paid $1195 for car #1 and $985 for car #2 on 6-27-07. Car # 1 was scheduled for pick-up a month later. However, the company failed to pick-up the car. Therefore, since they could not complete the service requested, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It took them almost 2 months to refund the $1195 and only after numerous phone calls. They finally refunded the $1195 on 9-7-07. They then charged my card again on 11-15-07 for the $1195. They only had authorization to charge my card the one time in June 2007.

This company fails to provide credit in a timely manner, when services are not performed, and then exhibits poor accounting practices when it charges twice for the same service.

THIS WAS A CLERICAL ERROR IN OUR PART AND IT HAPPENS LESS THAN 1% OF THE TIME WHEN YOU ARE DEALING WITH WELL OVER 1,000 TRANSACTIONS A MONTH.MISTAKE WAS CAUGHT AND CORRECTED RIGHT AWAY.
