This company was great!! I was really worried going through the process of shipping my car for the second time. My first experience with another company was a complete nightmare. But these guys were great! They explained the whole process detail by detail, they noticfied me when the truck was on it way even thought i was not the inital pick up. My parents were, they were notified as well. The driver was really nice and very helpful. I was kind of blow away from reading all these complaints on this site about them, but I can tell you that this company did not display any of the things i read on here. Which is the reason that I need to write in defence to this company they were a great service to me and my family and I will continue to use them and refer them.
