This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had reservations about handing over my car to some strangers... but it turns out I had nothing to be worried about with Cosmo's Auto, Inc- I had a really good experience! Initial communication via internet was prompt and polite. Communication via phone felt a little rushed but always polite. The driver was professional and thoroughly explained the pick-up/delivery process. Car arrived one day later than scheduled- not surprising and no big deal since road conditions are hard to predict. Also, driver was very good with communicating via phone. Thank you Cosmos' Auto Inc for providing excellent service! It was great doing business with you!
