Cosmos was recommended to us from friends that used them for a Utah/Hawaii move. The price was competitive, so we went with them. The third party, Cyrus Auto Transport out of California, cause us quite a headache with a nearly 3-day late pick-up, but Cosmos was able to get our car out on a freighter and delivered right on time in Hawaii.
We lost our Bill of Lading, and when we contacted Cosmos they made this important paperwork a priority for us. They worked with people in Hawaii to locate a duplicate Bill of Lading and resolved the problem quickly. This was refreshing since we had wrapped up our business with them nearly 6 weeks prior. Thanks for helping us out all the way to the end of the process, Cosmos!
