Joseph contacted me promptly. We talked several times plus emailed and he always responded quickly. He provided good advice re open vs enclosed transport options. The pick up was the first day the vehicle was available. I really appreciated that. The pick up was on Monday, I was told I would have the car Saturday and actually was able to get it Friday evening. The car was dirty due to winter storms but there was no damage. It cleaned up perfect.
