My concern was finding a shipper over the holidays. I contacted several companies and Cobalt's Anthony Nunez called me with a good bid, stated what he would do to locate a carrier and the time it would take to do so...3-5 days, kept me informed even on the weekend, and then called to say the pickup up date was near and I would be called by the Dispatcher. Arrangements were made for a pick-up in the Oregon hillside with a smaller truck and it left the Portland terminal on schedule. The driver delivered the vehicle in Austin at a convenient place for my son, in good condition, was congenial and on time. This was a good experience whereas my last shipment was terrible on another carrier. I would certainly use this service again.
