My son needed to get his small truck and himself from Reno to Boston. This was complicated by the fact that there were many parties and long-distance logistics involved. Kai was very patient and found a hauler for us and was very good at communicating all necessary information. The hauler had some issues with breakdowns, etc., but came through for us in the end. I had researched companies on the web and Coastal Auto Transport had consistently good recommendations. The price was competitive, and we experienced no damage or claims. Pickup was very prompt, and again, due to logistics, complicated. After watching the unloading in an empty parking lot, I gained a lot of respect for the long-haulers who perform this work.
