When I started this process I was very apprehensive to begin with. As I recieved more & more quotes & e-mails from different companies describing horror stories about the indusry practices, I was really scared.At one point, I even thought about driving the car to california myself. Finally when I selected Coastal Auto tranport, I told Gregg about how I feel and he assured me about his company and his honesty etc etc. Honestly I still didn't believe him and was skeptical.
Boy, was I surprised and glad I picked his compamy! He did every thing just like he promoised. He kept me informed at all times, charged just as he said and when, he always answered my calls, returned my calls, and followed up before and after shipping the car. Oh, by the way the driver he picked was a really nice guy too.
As I said I was shocked, happy and relieved for having such a good experience. I would highly recommend Gregg and his company.
