My car was picked up on time (although it was a little confusing as to when exactly the driver would show up since no one could get ahold of him). The process of picking up my car was fairly easy and convenient. I was not there with my car (I was already living in the delivery state) and the company and driver made the process easy for my friend, who had my car. The issues that arouse were beyond the control of the company and the driver. The delivery truck broke down and so my car was delivered a week later than expected. I wish there was better communication with me about the delivery of my car. I kept being told my car would be here in 2 days so I would rearrange my schedule and wait, and wait, and wait and then call and see how much longer. I then found it would be another 2 days.... so I would rearrange my schedule and wait, and wait, and wait.... and then call to see how much longer. I was then told in another two days. So the the day of delivery, I called early that morning and confirmed the car was in the state and got a more accurate delivery time. The driver was super nice and I would totally trust him with my vehicle. I just wish someone called me and kept me current on the status of my vehicle.
