I have never shipped a car before and knew very little about the whole process. When I began calling around I was innundated with emails and phone calls regarding my car being transported but by far the least expensive was Chariot Auto Transport. Of course being the least expensive is always great in terms of saving money but it always worries me that the quality must be effected by the price, however when I spoke to the employees at Chariot I was confident and comfortable with every step of the process. No question I had was passed over or diminished AND EVERY TIME I CALLED I SPOKE TO A PERSON. NO ANSWERING SERVICES AND NO CRAZY HOLD TIMES. With another company I played "phone tag" with someone for THREE DAYS. And Chariot had a driver for my transport within one day of me calling, BEFORE I had even signed my contract. In addition the driver for Wenger Trucking, Shane, was amazing and so helpful with phone calls throughout the journey. I could not have been happier or more confidant in giving a recomendation.
