This company, I believe they may also do business as Bluebonett Transport, is run by SCAM ARTISTS. They received a subcontracted job to move my car from ARIES AUTO TRANSPORT, damaged my car along the way and tried to hide it by putting some kind of wax all over the damaged areas of the vehicle.

I did not find this out until taking the car to a car wash the day after pick up. I phoned Tammy Caviness and she agreed to send an adjuster and take care of the damage. After waiting five days, I sent a complaint to the BBB and she responded by denying me a claim just because I complained about her lack of follow up.

After receiving no word for a month and having the claim denied by their insurance company, I filed a lawsuit in CA and won by a landslide. I offered photos and eyewitness testimony. Tammy provided a written statement with nothing but half-truths. She could not explain why the driver of this shipment was fired upon his return to Texas, nor could she provide any information regarding another vehicle on this same shipment where a claim a damage was reported. Instead, she chose to cloud the issue and attack my character. The judge saw through the smokescreen and awarded me damages. Caviness still hasn't paid the judgement which was filed last August (over 7 months ago). Their latest prank was to send me a fax letter saying that they filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy so stop bothering them. It was not a surprise to me to find out that the US Bankruptcy Court has no bankruptcy filing for this company. They continue to dodge the truth and hide in a state (TEXAS) that seems to harbor bad businesses. Not a single Texas government agency will make a simple phone call to them and persuade them to live up to their moral and legal obligation under the law. Seems to me that the entire state must be run by crooks like the owners of this business.

Don't use this company to transport your prized possessions!
